Malene Müllertz is born in Copenhagen in 1945. She trained at the Kunsthaandvaerkerskolen in Copenhagen between 1966 and 1970. She continued at the Kunstakademiets Designskole between 1973 and 1975. She worked at the Bing & Grøndahl Porcelain Manufactory between 1970 and 1973, 1977 and 1988. She was teacher, part time, at the Kunsthaandvaerkerskolen in Copenhagen and at the Kunsthaandvaerkerskolen in Kolding since 1979. Malene is member of 'Keramiske Veje'.
