Executed by the artist in Amsterdam in 1976.\u00a0This tilepanel is mounted on a black wooden panel. Marie-France Kok-Adam is born\u00a0in 1944 in Conakry (ex-French\u00a0Guinea). During her youth she is living in\u00a0Dakar. Her father is a well known\u00a0botanic scientist.\u00a0At the age of twenty\u00a0Marie-France\u00a0started to work as an artist drawing\u00a0plants for the\u00a0Museum of natural History\u00a0in Paris. Here she meets the dutch painter\u00a0Bessel Kok. In 1969\u00a0Marie-France and\u00a0Bessel Kok moved\u00a0to the Netherlands.The couple\u00a0has been married\u00a0and Marie-France started painting tilepanels since 1972.\u00a0Marie-France died\u00a0in\u00a0Amsterdam in 2003.
