We offer here a ceramic wall plastic depicting Pandora. Pandora is in greek mythology the first woman, created by Hephaistos \u00a0out of water and earth. She was sent by Zeus to the earth to bring disaster. The artist created arches with underneath a group of scared peaople and at the left Pandora with her famous box.\u00a0Eartheware,\u00a0chamotte clay, sculpted, incised, drawings, shiny sintre engobe. The plastic\u00a0is reversible mounted in a metal\u00a0frame and can both hang and stand. Artist Lies Cosijn (1931), since\u00a01951 education at the\u00a0Instituut Kunstnijverheidsonderwijs in\u00a0Amsterdam, since\u00a01956 working in The Experimental Department\u00a0\u2018De Porceleyne Fles\u2019 in\u00a0Delft,\u00a0since\u00a01963 autonomous\u00a0artist in Petten.
