Jan de Rooden (NL), ‘Water pot’, inspired by the Japanese water pot used in tea ceremonies, turned on the wheel, exuberantly ribbed on the outside and inside, with splashes of glaze, height 17.4 cm, Idol stamp without date, therefore early, circa 1962.
