Alison Britton (UK), a rare set of a medium size container with a square plate, both constructed from slabs of pale yellow firing clay, with line decorations and with fragile drawings such as leaf motifs, characteristic of her early work, dimensions plate 29.5 x 29.5 x 2 cm, dimensions container 19 x 23 x 21.5 cm, incised signature and date, 1980. This ensemble was purchased by the first owner from Galerie Kapelhuis in November 1980 in Amersfoort (NL).
