Johan van Loon (NL) – early lush porcelain vase form with blue stripes

Johan van Loon (NL), early lush nearly closed vase form, constructed from slabs of porcelain clay, on the vase are painted blue jagged stripes under transparent high-gloss glaze, with dark inclusions, height 20.2 cm, width 28.5 cm, painted signature and factory stamp, Royal Copenhagen period, Denmark, 1976-1977.  Note: In 1976 – 1977, Johan van Loon creates unica porcelain objects at Royal Copenhagen as artist in residence.
