Johan van Loon (NL), flat oval vase, folded from thin slabs of clay, front and back with two-thirds combed skin and one-third plain skin, folded inwards on the combed side, pinched shut on the plain side, titled ‘Keramiek no.8’, height 19 cm, width 23 cm, depth 9 cm, from the artist’s very creative year 1983. Purchased by the first owners at Galerie De Fiets in Delft in 1983.
