Giovanni Cimatti (IT); ‘Bit’, crystalline multi-faceted object, constructed from slabs of clay, polished, all facets decorated with painted stripes, painted over with meandering lines, height 9 cm, length 19.5 cm, depth 13.3 cm, 1991. This object was purchased by the first owners at Galerie Terra, Delft, on the occasion of the exhibition “Ceramics from Italy”.
