Giovanni Cimatti (IT), crystal shaped object ‘Bit’, composed of slabs of fine clay, then covered with pigmented engobes, scratched and partially refilled with two contrasting engobes, dried, scraped and polished, height 8 cm, length 19.7 cm, width 13.7 cm, 1991. Purchased by the first owners at Galerie Terra in Delft 1991 in the exhibition: Ceramics from Italy.
