Malene Müllertz (DK) – “Box with rubber lock”

Malene Müllertz (DK) – ingenious angular covered box, entitled “Box with rubber lock”, porcelain, cast in a mold, the lid held with one rubber ring, liver-coloured smooth glaze, no signature, height 7 cm, width/depth 6.7 cm, 2007. This item is by the first owners purchased from St. Joseph Gallery in Leeuwarden. Due to the decomposition process of the rubber, it has recently been replaced by a black cord (see last pictures).
