Helene Avramidis is born in 1952 in Vienna, Austria. Between 1976 and 1983 she studies at the University for Applied Arts in Vienna. In 1982 she receives the degree “Master of fine Arts” and later the Grand Award of the Austrian Ministry for Science and Art. Between 1999 and 2014 she has the direction of the department for ceramics and productdesign at Wiener Kunstschule, Vienna. In 2007 and 2009 Avramidis participate in a group exhibition at the St. Joseph Gallery, Leeuwarden, Netherlands.
