Daniela Schlagenhauf is born in 1957 in Niederlenz, Switserland. She became also the French nationality. Between 1977 and 1980 she was trained in the workshops of the artists Jean Linard, Claire Berger and Claude Champy. In 1980 she opened her workshop. Since 2019 she is member of AIC-Académie Internationale de la Céramique.
