Johan van Loon (NL), large vase shape with spiral, mounted from a slab of thin stoneware clay, half of the outer body executed in a matt light grey lively glaze, so is most of the inside. Where the spiral connects the two slab ends, the body is decorated with diagonally flowing wavy strips in different colour variations from sand to rust to dark grey, one strip is embossed, the top edge is rust-coloured finish, artist’s stamp and signed, height 19.5 cm, width 24 cm, 2002.
