Susanne Silvertant (NL), a fascinating column on four corner legs, constructed from sheets of clay, one short side featuring a brick-effect finish that continues along both long sides, the remaining sections finished in a white opaque glaze over a slightly textured base, a separate plate covers an opening at the top, halfway across the white glaze lies a band of loose copper wires that continue into the cast glass windows on either side, RAKU fired, height 34.7 cm, width 24 cm, depth 18.5 cm, weight 6 kg, artist signature, around 2007. This piece was bought by the first owners at Galerie Terra in Delft (NL).
