- Joan Carillo Romero’s working method is the same technique as that of Jordi Serra. This technique dates back to the Iraqi and Persian ceramic tradition of the 9th century. By applying extremely thin layers of metal oxides, a beautiful metallic sheen is created in three firing processes.
