Chapallaz, Edouard – vase

Edouard Chapallaz, a thrown vase in the famous Chapallaz bordeaux red glaze, stoneware, dated in the 1980s. This piece was bought by the first owner in Kösters Kunstkammer in Mönchengladbach. Attention: the glaze at the front is very intens red, at the back the color is less intens, caused by the location in the ofen and apparently approved by the artist.
