Richard Batterham (UK) – this lidded storage jar is beautifully glazed with a greenish celadon feldspar glaze. The rims of the high fired lidded pot are unglazed. This is one of the characteristics of a Batterham jar. This jar with lid was bought around 1979 by Galerie Onder de Vier Linden, Asperen (NL).
